Talk to your doctor, if you: are allergic to any other ingredients of this medicine have a stomach ulcer or bleeding have severe problems with your kidney or liver suffer from severe heart failure or had a major heart surgery have or have ever had a blood clot in your blood vessels (venous or arterial thrombosis) have a history of bronchial asthma have systemic lupus erythematosus have Steven Johnson Syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis have abnormal bleeding between your periods have irregular or prolonged periods

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

Interactions

Tell your doctor if you are taking, streptokinase oral contraceptives anticoagulants (medicines that help prevent blood clots) anti-depressants (medicines that help relieve the symptoms of depression) ACE inhibitors and angiotensin-II-receptor antagonists (medicines used to lower the blood pressure) tacrolimus and Aminoglycosides (antibiotics) lithium cardiac glycosides like Digoxin corticosteroids (like betamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone) medicines for diabetes (high blood sugar) methotrexate mifepristone (used to bring about an abortion during pregnancy) probenecid quinolone antibiotics (like ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, sparfloxacin) zidovudine

Directions & For Use

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Swallow the medicine with a glass of water Do not crush or chew the medicine If you take more AZYNAMIC MF If you take more of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to your nearest hospital immediately Symptoms of overdose: sickness, dizziness or light-headedness If you forget to take AZYNAMIC MF If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking AZYNAMIC MF Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

Side Effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

[SERIOUS]

problems with your eyesight (bleeding, loss of vision) difficulty in breathing or dizziness blood clot in your blood vessels fluid retention/build-up of fluid in the body fluctuations in blood pressure diarrhoea bleeding, perforation and peptic ulcers and dark sticky faeces (as a result of internal bleeding) nausea and vomiting flatulence constipation indigestion abdominal pain inflamed pancrease elevation of liver enzymes, decrease in bile flow increased blood glucose convulsions, confusion, depression, hallucinations, nervousness itchy, red or swollen skin ear pain, tinnitus (ringing in ear), vertigo asthma.
