Directions & For Use

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you

• If you take more of this medicine contact your doctor immediately

• If you forget to take CALYS 500MG to take them as soon as possible and then continue to take them as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for the forgotten dose.
