Therapeutic Uses

• Heartburn or when your stomach has too much acid (indigestion)
_x000D_
• Inflammation of the stomach (gastritis)
_x000D_
• To treat Zollinger-Ellison-Syndrome and other conditions producing too much acid in the stomach
_x000D_
• Ulcer by lowering the amount of acid in your stomach or gut (intestine)
_x000D_ _x000D_

Warning & Precautions

• Are allergic to DIOVOL MF or any other ingredients of this medicine
_x000D_
• Are feeling very weak and have no energy (debilitated)
_x000D_
• Have kidney problems
_x000D_
• Have dementia
_x000D_
• Have severe stomach pain
_x000D_
• Have partially or fully blocked bowel
_x000D_
• Are on low-phosphorous or magnesium restricted diet
_x000D_
• If you are pregnant, might become pregnant, or think you may be pregnant. You should not take DIOVOL MF during the first three months of pregnancy.

• If you are breast-feeding or planning to breast-feed ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine.
_x000D_
• DIOVOL MF is not recommended for children less than 14 years of age.

Interactions

• Salicylates
_x000D_
• Tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, rifampicin, and ketoconazole, are medicines used to treat infections
_x000D_
• Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, medicines for malaria
_x000D_
• Chlorpromazine – used for mental illness (psychosis)
_x000D_
• Vitamins
_x000D_
• Polystyrene sulphonate – used to treat high levels of potassium in the blood
_x000D_
• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
_x000D_
• Take this medicine by mouth only
_x000D_
• It is important to shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use
_x000D_
• Swallow the undiluted solution
_x000D_
• Do not mix the solution with any other liquid
_x000D_
• If you take more DIOVOL MF or if someone else has taken your medicine, talk to your doctor immediately
_x000D_
• If you have forgotten to take your DIOVOL MF take them as soon as possible on the same day. Do not take a double dose
_x000D_
• Do not stop taking DIOVOL MF without talking to your doctor first

• For oral use only

• It must be swallowed with a glass of water
_x000D_
• Take this medicine 30 minutes before meals

• If you or someone else have used or taken too much DRASUL PD 10/40MG, contact your doctor or nearest hospital casualty department immediately
