Aluminum hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide is antacids. Dimethicone is a silicone grounded material and an antiflatulent agent. Sorbitol is a type of carbohydrate. It falls into an order of sugar alcohol called a polyol. They work by negativing the inordinate stomach in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas.
Aluminum hydroxide works by negativing Hydrochloric acid gastric concealment.
