FLANZEN 10MG TABLET contains a medicine Serratiopeptidase, which belongs to a group of medicines called proteolytic enzyme (Protease). It is used to relieve inflammation in conditions such as following surgery and trauma, engorgement of the breast, bladder, tube that carries sperm from the testes, gum tissue of the wisdom tooth, nasal sinus, tooth abscess (pus) and also used in the treatment of inflammation of the airways that carry air to lungs, pulmonary tuberculosis (infection of the lungs), asthma, following anaesthesia.

Do not take FLANZEN 10MG TABLET if you have a gastric ulcer. Before taking this FLANZEN 10MG TABLET inform your doctor if you have or have had any kidney, liver or heart problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before taking this medicine. FLANZEN 10MG TABLET is not recommended for use by children.

The common side effects are rash or redness, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea or vomiting, bleeding from the nose or bloody mucus, shock, allergic reaction symptoms, inflammation of the liver, jaundice (yellow discolouration of skin and eyes).
