Gelusil 250/500mg Liquid is a remedial digestive drug containing a balanced blend of Aluminum hydroxide, Dimethicone, Magnesium hydroxide and Magnesium Aluminum Silicate Hydrate. Aluminum hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralizes increased stomach acid. Dimethicone is an anti-flatulence which helps in releasing the gas. Magnesium hydroxide and Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid. It's also sugar-free and is generally well permitted.
