Helico-LA oral suspension is taken at the dose and for the duration prescribed by the doctor after meals, preferably at bedtime. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember and try to complete the full course. Do not take any medication as it may interact with other medications. Note that you should avoid this medication if you have symptoms of appendicitis or enteritis (such as lower abdominal pain, cramps, bloating, nausea, vomiting). It is important to consult your doctor before taking this medication if you have a serious stomach or kidney condition.

This is an effective medication with very few or no side effects, but it can cause constipation, so it's best to drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication.
