Hipen P 125mg Tablet should be taken with or without food but is best taken with food if it causes stomach upset in the child. It is usually given two or three times a day. Follow the dose, time, and method prescribed by the doctor as these depend on the severity of the infection, its type, weight, and age of the child. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, repeat the dose when they feel better. However, do not double the dose when it is time for the next dose.
