GI irritation, epigastric ache, belly cramping, constipation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, darkish stools, coronary heart burn, discoloured urine, tooth staining. IM: ache at inj site, belly ache at decrease quadrant and nearby irritation with inguinal lymphadenopathy. IV: Joint and muscle ache, bronchospasm, hypotension, tachycardia, flushing, sweating, dizziness. Potentially Fatal: Parenteral: Anaphylactoid reactions, circulatory collapse.
