If you have severe liver disease such as liver cirrhosis, kidney problems such as renal impairment, end-stage renal disease, nephrotic syndrome, renal failure, other heart problems, a history of heart attack, or a history of kidney transplant, tell your doctor before taking this medication.

Patients with untreated adrenal insufficiency (inability of the adrenal glands to produce enough cortisol) or an overactive thyroid should not take it.

Pregnant or nursing women should use THYROXINOL 125 TABLET with caution. Patients over the age of 65 and children and adolescents under the age of 18 should use it with caution.
