VENOFLAV 500 is a combination of Diosmin and Hesperidin which belongs to the group of medicines called Venotonic and Vasculoprotective agents respectively. It is used to treat venous circulation disorders (a condition that causes damage to the veins due to raised blood pressure inside the veins causing restlessness, pain and swelling in the legs) which is also used to treat symptoms of acute hemorrhoidal attack (a condition that occurs due to flaring-up of veins in the rectal area causing extreme pressure and swelling of the rectal area).

VENOFLAV 500 is not recommended for use if you are allergic to micronized purified flavonoid fraction, especially diosmin or hesperidin. It is also not recommended for use in patients with rare hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency (lactose intolerance), or glucose-galactose malabsorption. It should be used with caution in patients with hepatic and renal impairment.

VENOFLAV 500 is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. It should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years) after consulting the doctor.
