Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines such as 

• anti-histamines used to treat allergies
• monoamine-oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) used to treat depression or Parkinsons disease

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
• Swallow the tablets with a glass of water
• VETAHIST MD 8MG can be taken with or without food
• The usual dose is 24 mg to 48 mg per day

If you take more VETAHIST MD 8MG

• If you take more VETAHIST MD 8MG  (an overdose), you may feel sick (nauseous), sleepy or have stomach pain
• Talk to a doctor or go to a hospital immediately

If you forget to take VETAHIST MD 8MG

• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking VETAHIST MD 8MG

• Don’t stop taking VETAHIST MD 8MG until your doctor tells you to stop so
