  • Remove the mouth piece cap from the inhaler
  • Shake the inhaler properly and insert it on the lower back cease of the Zerostat VT Spacer
  • Press the canister and launch the dose into the inhaler spacer
  • Remove the cap from Zerostat VT Spacer
  • Release your breath and near your lips across the mouth piece to create a terrific seal
  • Breath in deeply and slowly via your mouth
  • Remove the inhaler spacer out of your mouth and preserve the breath for 30 seconds or so long as comfortable
  • Repeat the technique for 2nd dose
