Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:

• Lithium (a medicine for mental health problems)
• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, diclofenac or celecoxib (medicines to relieve pain and inflammation)
• Acetylsalicylic acid if taking more than 3 g per day (medicine to relieve pain and inflammation)
• potassium supplements, potassium-sparing medicines or salt substitutes containing potassium
• Heparin (a medicine as blood thinners)
• Diuretics
• Aliskiren or other medicines to lower your blood pressure (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin II receptor blocker, such as Ramipril or

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
• It is important to keep take ZILZOX 80MG every day at the same time
• Take the tablet with plenty of water
• You can take this medicine with or without food
• The usual starting dose is 40 mg once a day
• If you suffer from mild or moderate liver disease your doctor may recommend a lower starting dose of 20 mg once a day

If you take more ZILZOX 80MG

• If you take too many tablets, contact your doctor immediately
• You may feel faint or dizzy if you have taken more

If you forget to take ZILZOX 80MG

• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
• Just take the next dose at the usual time

If you stop taking ZILZOX 80MG

• Do not stop taking ZILZOX 80MG without first talking to your doctor
