It kill germs above and below the gum line to keep gums healthy. It contains active ingredients such as: Eucalyptol, Menthol, Methyl salicylate and Thymol. Directions for use: The perfect Mouth freshner for total protection of oral health. Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use twice a day after brushing teeth with a toothpaste. Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonful) morning and night and then spit out, do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
