I Vit L Capsule consist of Chromium picolinate, Coenzyme Q10, Copper sulphate, Docosahexaenoic acid, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), Folic acid, Lycopene, Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine, and Zinc sulphate. Coenzyme Q10 is an essential cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain and help in the production of ATP (cellular energy). It also inhibits the oxidation of LDL-cholesterol and helpful in protecting heart and skeletal muscles. DHA and EPA provide the starting point for making hormones that regulate blood clotting, contraction and relaxation of artery walls, and inflammation. Folic acid and methylcobalamin are necessary for producing red blood cells. Lycopene is an antioxidant which protects cells from damage by free radicals generated within the body and thus lessens fatigue.
