Description

Livotone capsules contains bile salts, andrographis paniculata, cascara, holarrhena antidysenterica. Livotone Capsule is an effective preparation for all round care of common functional disorders of liver and gastrointestinal tract. It stimulates appetite, improves digestion and absorption and sustains normal gastrointestinal functions; it also activates hepatic functions and offers hepatoprotective actions against known hepatotoxins. Kalmegh and Bile salts are effective cholagogues and choleretics, which produce increased biliary flow with increased excretion of toxic bilirubin. Kalmegh is also found to have the property of maintaining the structure and function of endoplasmic reticulum and hence is useful in hepatic disorders and toxicity due to known hepatotoxins. Dose : 1-2 capsules twice daily or as directed by the physician. Use under Medical Supervision
