M Neuron Softules contains Methylcobalamin in combination with other nutrients. Methylcobalamin is used in treating diseases of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), or diseases of effective B12 deficiency, such as vitamin B12 metabolic pathway.
