They have a good analgesic effect and therefore can be used to relieve pain caused by wounds and herpes infection. Application of the paste prepared from this mixture increases blood circulation in the area and helps in reducing swelling. Ayurvedic physician always recommends its application to alleviate swelling, pain and inflammation. Ingredients: Jiva Dashang Lep has Shrish bark, Yashtimadhu, Tagar, Red sandle, Ela,Jatamansi Haridra, Darvi, Kushtha, Ushir etc. Directions of use: A paste is prepared by mixing Jiva Dashang Lep powder in water and is applied on the location of disease and washed out after drying. Indication: Jiva Dashang Lep is recommended for oedema, wounds, skin diseases and herpes zoster. Action: Jiva Dashang Lep has analgesic wound healing and soothing effect. Contraindications: None.
