It may help reduce the incidence of diabetic ketoacidosis. | Uses: It is designed to help measure blood glucose levels. | Product Specifications and Features: It has a ketone alert feature and provides results in seconds Ketone warning when the measurement reaches over 15 mmol/L GDH FAD biosensor technology, which is an enzyme that minimises the influence of interfering substances The strip ejection button helps in disposing of used strips without having to touch them | Compatible With: Lancing device | Directions for Use: | Using glucometer Insert the test strip into the meter to turn it on Obtain a blood drop from a fingertip and apply on the strip Results will appear automatically Remove and dispose of the test strips | Using a Lancing Device Remove the cap, insert a lancet, twist off the cover and replace the cap Press the priming button, then press the yellow release button Once the blood sample is obtained, remove the cap and eject the used lancet | Safety Information: Read the label carefully before use Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight Keep out of reach of children Always discuss the results with a registered medical practitioner Always check the expiry date on the test strips and lancets before buying.
