This can be customised per your need For chilla/ dosa - Take 1 cup multigrain mix atta + 1/4th regular atta + a hint of salt, masala and chopped vegetables For halwa: Dry roast 1 cup multigrain mix atta for 3-4 mins, add 2 tsp ghee, and cook on medium to low flame for another 2 minutes. Separately, add ½ cup water and ½ cup sugar/jaggery powder + 1 cup of milk, elaichi pods and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
