This medicine may cause side effects like burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. If the side effects bother you or do not go away, let your doctor know. You should stop taking it straight away if you have any signs of an allergic reaction. Signs of this include rash, hives, itching, shortness of breath, cough, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Talk to your doctor If signs of the infection get worse or last for more than 7 days.
