Orthopro Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time. Common side effects of this medicine include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, indigestion, and urine discoloration. These side effects are well tolerated.
