LATRODECTUS MACTANS DILUTION Latrodectus mactans made from the black widow spider which is highly venomous. This is mainly used to manage pain especially angina i.e chest pain. Chest Angina Pectoris; the centre of the chest region is intensely painful Constriction of chest muscles, with radiation to back and shoulders. Pulse feeble and rapid. Sinking sensation in chest Cramping pain from chest to abdomen. Violent, chest pain extending to the armpit and down the arm and forearm to fingers, with numbness of the extremity.
