Role of key ingredients: Ferrous Ascorbate is a synthetic molecule of iron and vitamin C. Iron is used to prevent and treat conditions such as anaemia which arises from iron deficiency. Vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron from food and supplements. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that is used to treat and prevent vitamin B12 deficiency.
