Ferosig D3 Tablet
Products highlights
Ferosig D3 Tablet Ferosig-D3 tablet contains Ferrous ascorbate,Folic acid, vitamin B6,Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 Role of key ingredients:- Ferrous ascorbate is a synthetic molecule of ascorbic acid and iron. Ferrous ascorbate [(Fe(HL)2] is better absorbed than ferrous sulfate. Ferrous ascorbate is released in the intestine and there is no dissociation of ferrous ascorbate on entering GI Tract due to the stable chelate of Iron with Ascorbate. Folic acid is a B vitamin. It helps the body make healthy new cells. When a woman has enough folic acid in her body before and during pregnancy, it can prevent major birth defects of her baby's brain or spine. Vitamin B6 may play a role in the prevention of pre-eclampsia, where the mother’s blood pressure is high with large amounts of protein in the urine or other organ dysfunction, and in babies being born too early (preterm birth). Vitamin B12, a water-soluble vitamin, Mecobalamin is also closely involved with folic acid in several important metabolic pathways. Vitamin D3 intake in pregnancy is optimal for maternal, fetal and child health.Deficiency of vitamin D3 in pregnant women has been associated with skeletal homeostasis, congenital rickets, and fractures in the newborn. Ferosig-D3 tablet used in the treatment of Iron deficiency anaemia and nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation Direction for use:- Ferosig-D3 tablet can be taken orally with water, after meals. Use under medical supervision
