Zinfex-D is a multivitamin, mineral preparation containing zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, vitamins C, and E. Biotin in the preparation is needed for metabolism of proteins and helps in maintenance of healthy scalp. The minerals in the preparation act as antioxidants neutralizing the free radical species. Free radicals have the potential to attack DNA and cause cell death. Free radicals may be produced when skin and hairs are exposed to radiation.
