It has anti-anaemic properties used for the blood formation. Iron is essential for the proper functioning of haemoglobin in carrying oxygen from the lungs to the cells of the body. Folic Acid is a type of vitamin B which is used to prevent and treat folate deficiency. Folic acid is essential to properly break down, use and create new proteins in the body.
